Description
Overlooking the Tyne Valley, this lowland meadow is being transformed into a wildflower-rich grassland to boost biodiversity. This was the first registered BNG site with a S106 in Northumberland. With full familiarity of the BNG processes, very rapid (same day if necessary) transactions can be completed to meet planning requirements. Approaching 10 transactions have been completed to date with the minimum of fuss.
