Description
The Potland Burn Habitat Bank is a highly complex habitat mosaic at a landscape scale (total site area: 219ha) owned by Advance Green Futures Ltd. This mosaic is comprised of 70% grassland, 20% scrub and 10% ponds and has the ability to utilise Rule 4 in the BNG metric, which allows for deviations from standard trading rules when offsetting losses of Open Mosaic Habitat. Habitat creation works will commence in early 2026, supported by a specialist in-house ecology team of three. Discounts may be available for substantial purchases.
